From the time my old boss told me “tuck in your shirt”, I decided to open my own firm with a different set of rules. Twenty one years later, that old boss of mine and I still meet on occasion for lunch.

In developing a firm, we brought together extremely talented people who work hard and, like me, know how to service clients and think outside of the box. Every person in our firm clearly understands the importance of maintaining quality, integrity and confidentiality in everything we do.

Over the years, I have developed a close relationship with some of the most talented business professionals on the planet. This network of people includes legal counsel, banking relationships, insurance agents, financial advisors, mortgage brokers and other business professionals – even other accounting firms. After all, providing the best advice to our clients is what it's all about!

My partners and I always say we are at the perfect age. Old enough to have business savvy, yet young enough to grow with and service our clients for years to come.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Horwich is the Managing Partner of Horwich Coleman Levin, LLC. He has over 28 years of experience in public accounting. He also has extensive experience in business consulting, auditing, taxation, and estate planning. He performs valuations of private, closely held businesses and emerging companies for sale, merger and acquisition, financing, (debt and/or equity) for estate and gift tax purposes, shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreements, insurance claims, marital situations, and other business matters.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Mr. Horwich practiced public accounting for several years prior to founding his own public accounting firm, Lawrence A. Horwich & Associates, P.C. in October, 1985. In 2005, Mr. Horwich combined his firm with other local firms to create Horwich Coleman and Levin, LLC.
